Very nice hotel and great staff. I came here on a solo trip and really enjoyed my stay. Managed to get an upgraded room, which was spacious and very comfortable. Hotel is about a 45 minute walk from the old town, but also close to several metro stations which are a 5-10 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay at Hotel Principe Avila. Great location in Lisbon city center within a few minutes walk from the metro. The hotel staff was very very professional. The buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious. The hotel itself was in excellent condition. The room was in near perfect condition. My only criticism was that the rooms were a bit on the small side. Overall, wonderful, and would definitely stay again.
