While my family's stay in Lisbon was primarily a vacation get-away, my son did need to meet with a business client in one of the open areas on the mezzanine level. It was comfortable (nicely stocked "bar" with water, coffee and tea), bright, and private but open and a staff member walked through the area every 15 minutes or so. This was not intrusive, and was, I'm sure, intended to ensure that single business people felt safe. "
