"The staff were very lovely. Location is fantastic Downside is the road works which is no fault of the hotel but it is 24/7 so take ear plugs. Wifi was a bit patchy."

"The property itself is great. Room is comfortable. Balcony has great space and view. Everything is new. Location for someone who likes a bit of a walk (10 mins) to basically whatever you want is great. The only thing that is less than ideal is the noise of the train/tram real early. If you can use earplugs or a white noise machine or you’re a heavy sleeper, this property is great."
