"This property is misrepresented on the website.Firstly I searched for a house and this property came up. It is not a house but a block of units. Secondly a picture of a completely different house comes up when you search the address. The outside of the units is not welcoming and if you come back to them in the dark is quite unsafe. Once inside it is not too bad but is not as bright as the photos on the website. It was neat and tidy but not clean enough for my standards.The beds were comfy, the...

"We didn't get to enjoy our stay because the host couldn't provide a key, we were offered an alternative unit, further away from where we had booked, which i accepted but was then withdrawn due to supposed damage, we were then offered a third alternative unit 20km away in Springwood, totally unacceptable.
