Regular double room was super clean and spacious. Great amenities for the price. Breakfast was average contential but was great. Private Island Waterfront Oasis Kayaks + Paddleboards + Canoe + NEW Pool Table
This was the best home on Rainbow River. I celebrate every year for my birthday on the river and this by far is the best. A great HOST and more than enough of everything to enjoy!

Enjoy peace and tranquility on the Withlacoochee river with breathtaking views.
We had a really great time staying here. We enjoyed the dock and easy access to the Rainbow River. It took up a couple of hours from the dock to get to the closest point allowed to the spring. Very easy access to local grocery stores, fuel stations, and boat ramps.
