"Hot tub has an amazing view. Rooms are a bit small when traveling with a family ( but we didn’t come to Banff to sit in our room) Great staff, beautiful hotel."

"We had the most enjoyable stay at this hotel. We were traveling with another couple and stayed for 3 nights visiting Banff, Lake Louise and the Columbia Icefields during our stay. The staff was so friendly and the lobby was clean and inviting. Rooms were clean and very spacious with a large bathroom and wonderfully hot water and included liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The continental breakfast was decent. We didn’t use the pool but the hot tub was very relaxing after long days of walking and sightseeing. We traveled in mid May before summer rates get higher so the rooms were very affordable. We give this a 5 star review and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a beautiful stay in the Banff area. "

"Hotel great location and staff very friendly and attentive. Hotel in the middle of a refurbishment so some areas out of use during stay but appreciate work needs to be done. 1st room safe wasn’t working or fixable due to tech issue so moved room very quickly so no issues. Would still book hotel again and would like to see new renovations. Bar a great little social place. Hotel room clean and great with safe and fridge as priority for us."

"It was retro to stay in a cabin that dates back at least 70 years. The setting is amazing with mountain views in every direction."
