It was very comfortable staying there for a reasonable price. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom were very clean. Whole premises inside and out were clean. Place was well run. Free hot breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Our first contact was with Trinity at the front desk and she was extremely helpful and friendly. She gave us some great ideas as to where to eat before the football crowd let out. The property itself was nice and the only thing I would say it needs is updated rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again either way though.

Overall, it was an ok stay. The staff were nice, the property is older then it appears in pictures. This felt misleading. The property is much farther out than the amenities of the town, so plan accordingly. It's not in walking distance to much of any attractions within Boulder.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful with extra blankets and towels. The room had a slight funky smell but nothing horrible or that you couldn’t get used to. Check in and out we’re handled with polite personel

Room was very clean, we were in a bind after arriving st the Denver airport at 130am after several delayed flights. We were very grateful to get a room here on short notice and have a clean place to sleep for the night. Only problem was the blackout curtains was broken

We love the convenience of North Boulder and the breakfast is outstanding. This is our fourth stay and the last two had a couple issues. One stay the rooms carbon monoxide detector went off three times between 2-3:00 a.m. This time the shower know was incredibly difficult to control. It would be either very hot or very cold. The price is right as well as location and staff, pool and breakfast still make us return guests.

The staff was very friendly & helpful! Nice rooms and pool with towels available. Also a smaller hot tub that was older above ground. Parking is $10 a day & great location too downtown. Definitely recommend!

Room was clean, property was decent. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast area was maintained and well stocked. I am not a breakfast person, but I did get some coffee and my other traveling companions seemed to enjoy the offerings. The only thing I was not happy about was the surprise charge for parking on the property. I did not know we would be charged a per night charge for parking and this definitely was a negative to my experience. We drove and had no choice, so it seemed like a hidden up charge that was just there to gouge people when they had no choice.

We were looking forward to staying there since the location was ideal but the room they gave smelled like wet pet hair, vomit and bad after shave. We asked for another room which staff was friendly and offered a room but that had an unpleasant smell too. Since it was late, we took the room. The next day we asked for a refund for the next three days that we booked. Robert, the manager, was very professional and understood the request to cancel the next three days. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good but unfortunately the smell in the two rooms we had were not good.

Our first room did not have a pleasant smell we addressed our concerns with the front desk and we were accommodated with an exceptional upgrade. Parking at night was challenging with a large suv. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Front Desk staff were very friendly and go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this hotel.
