"The staff were kind and helpful, but the hotel is in serious need of updates. The ceiling in our room still had visible brown stains from previous water damage, and the bathroom would benefit from having a fan to reduce condensation. The property is also in desperate need of an elevator, as carrying large luggage up and down the stairs was extremely difficult. The room could also be better equipped with amenities such as a microwave and kettle, since not everyone drinks coffee. When I requested hot water, it had an unpleasant aftertaste. Another disappointment was the lack of access to water activities, while the neighboring Deerhurst Resort had all of theirs available. Overall, considering there are much better options nearby, I don’t think I would choose to stay at this hotel again."

"Did not use the pool as there was a dance competition at the hotel and the area was over run by children. The 4th floor of the pavillion where we stayed was extremely noisy with children running and screaming in the hallways outside our room until well past 11pm. The room itself was spacious and clean. The front desk was very good and our interaction with Busi was wonderful. She was a gem!"
