"Lakehouse feel!! Sherwood Inn has the Best stay. My daughter and I have been coming for years now, even the receptionist Elaina knows us. We love the property, the friendly people, the Kayak and standup paddleboard and the cozy restaurant. Having my morning coffee on the dock just takes my breath away. If you want a charming and tranquil stay this is your place. "

"Overall, everything was excellent. However, our suite was located near the entrance on a lower level, and the sound insulation could be improved, as we frequently heard noise from guests entering and exiting the building. "

"The room was clean and had a super comfortable bed. The facility included a common room, bar and restaurant. The outdoors had a bbq picnic area and a fire pit area. The owner of this establishment is an outstanding guy that went above and beyond to help us and tend to our needs. Our only suggestion would be to have a coffee machine in the room and /or a vending machine in common room. Location is mint-just steps away from the beach and boat launch. We will return and we do recommend."
