Friendly staff who helped with a late check-in and recommended options for late night food to order in as the hotel restaurant closes at 9pm. Property is charming, a little old school but very clean, however, no elevator which may be an issue for some guests. Water pressure is amazing. Restaurant during the day was delicious and great staff. Would recommend.

We stayed in 2 queen bed room with a river view. The beds were really comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night when we turned the AC off. Staff were friendly and helpful. Appreciated that the river tour started from right behind the hotel. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or the restaurant although the menu looked good with lots of choice and reasonable prices. We would stay here again.

The hotel was obviously going through a renovation when we were there and parts of the place seem well used but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool, hot tub and bowling alley were a great addition. The hotel was right on the muskoka river so the view and atmosphere were very nice. In addition to the restaurant in the hotel which was good for breakfast there is a nice restaurant, ice cream place and mini golf right across the street. I would stay again and once the renovations are complete the place will be even better

The parking lot is huge. It is well maintained. The check-in process was quick, staff were very friendly. Property was extremely clean. Great flowers all around the premises. There is seating arrangement in the back looking at the river. Awesome location and very affordable pricing.

Comfortable bed. Property undergoing construction noisy and unpleasant Chose for hot tub. Undergoing repairs and not available Our room was situated on the second floor. No elevator. In our 70s hard to get luggage up and down the stairs No breakfast available but the restaurant attached to the Inn was actually quite good with s patio overlooking the river. Basic decor but decent food.

The property was way overpriced for its rundown condition. The front desk staff was friendly. Our room was very dank and smelled sour. The restaurant was very run down and the floor was lifting in most areas. Restaurant staff was lacking in both personality and table service. Won’t recommend to anyone or make a return visit.

This property has more to offer, and right now there's renovation going on, and some of the furniture has gotten old, especially in the lobby. Otherwise, the staff atmosphere are beautifully, friendly, and nice hard to find especially among the staff

What we liked - The restaurant food was good. The Pizza was enormous and pretty darn good we thought. Local draft beers were decent and cold. Staff was friendly and courteous. We had a blast at the bowling alley. Something we hadn't done in a while. The pool was nice and reasonably warm for swimming. Seeing as it was the middle of summer, I think more could have been done out back with the patios. More tables and chairs could have been provided. Especially over by the pool. There was nothing out back there. Perhaps even bar service could be provided. Overall we had a good time.
