"This property is about 18 minutes walking from Plaza de Armas. It is very clean and the room is cleaned with fresh towels daily. I had to get up several times at 3:30 am for various activities and they would always have a snack bag ready for me to take for the day. The breakfast is also very nice with eggs, fruit and bread. Uber is very cheap in the area and can take you anywhere from here. The staff is very attentive.I would definitely stay again! Be prepared for the altitude in Cusco though. It gets you!"

"We had room 209. I believe the reason this room smelled so bad was because the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub that did not fit the space and could not be cleaned properly. Stagnant water and mold was collecting in unseen areas. Also, loud. The breakfast was stale. The entry was very nicely done making the hotel seem like it was much nicer that it really was. "

"Our stay was generally good but some things were off. We loved the location and style. Breakfast was decent and cleaning was excellent. An issue with our room was addressed right away, but we still had some trouble with hot water supply and staff attention towards one of our party when arranging transportation. These problems did not make our stay bad, but left us feeling some things can be better. Still a solid hotel worth attention, we would consider returning but would just ask for a room that doesn’t face the street. "
