The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-kept, you can tell the staff really take pride in maintaining the property. Customer service was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location is also excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and good value for your money. I would definitely book here again!"

"We had to get a breakfast to go as we were leaving at 3am. The packed breakfast was excellent and the hotel kept our luggage whilst we were in Machu Picchu at no extra cost. The room was immaculate and amenities great. A free pisco sour was a great touch too"

"Very friendly staff and accommodating to our requirements. Will definitely visit again. Room was quiet good, hot shower.. Excellent breakfast options. Hot water in the room with varieties of tea and coffee. We were greeted upon with cocoa tea to help acclimate the altitude. They stored our luggage for two days while we were visiting machu pichu.. best place with the price."
