"The Sanctuary Lodge is a gem in the entrance of Machu Picchu. Every staff member we met was exceptionally warm, treating us like their family. We were especially impressed by Juan Manuel, Wilmar, Alexander, and Zaraí. Additionally, incredible demonstrations of Peruvian culture by Karen and Gabriel. We really felt taken care of here. "Had a wonderful experience here. I was able to spend time at the spa and enjoyed an Andean Massage with Jessica. She was calming and the message technique was very good. Had a lovely chapel on site, available to offer up a prayer. Julio at the front desk took excellent care of us and staff went over and above. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. Made for an amazing relaxing visit. Thank you... Gracious! Definitely 5 stars all the way."

"We stayed in one of the Andean cottages for two nights, which was a perfect place to relax in between exploring the nearby villages, Moray ruins and Maras salt pans. The food was delicious and we especially loved the complimentary breakfast buffet! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. We would definitely come back! "
