We had a wonderful stay at Sonesta Hotel Cusco. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was spacious and well maintained, and the breakfast had a great selection of food. We truly appreciated the excellent service and warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco and would happily stay here again!

Our stay in Sonesta Hotel Cusco was excellent. From the staff to the quality of service, we always felt very taken cared of throughout our stay there. Rooms were clean and comfortable and their included breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious. The location from Plaza de Armas was reasonable. About a 20 minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed that it was a bit quieter once you were further from the main attraction of the city. Overall, we were very happy with our time at Sonesta and would definitely stay there again.

What a home away from home. Cannot rave enough how the Sonesta Cusco staff take such good care of their guests. On top of that, the property is well maintained, clean, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable and cozy. Myself and my family found ourselves immediately frequently reminiscing about this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to not just ensure our comfort at the hotel, but our overall positive experience of Cusco. They truly cared for us and that is priceless.

The property is amazing. Close to the Plaza but not right in the plaza. Maybe a 15 minute walk. Love that the breakfast buffet starts at 3am. Convenient if you have to leave for an early trek or tour. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Very professional team. I would stay again if visiting Cusco.

Exceptional service, staff, food, amenities, and cleanliness! Quite possibly the best 4 star hotel my wife and I have stayed at. Couldn’t recommend it more highly. The staff especially are super helpful and make you feel very welcome. It’s also a short walk to the Cusco town centre which was very convenient.

This hotel and the staff were great for our stay both before and after doing the 4 day Inca Trail hike. Great breakfast, nice bar, easy and safe luggage storage, clean rooms, helpful staff, nice location with easy access for being picked up and dropped off......really if you are staying in Cusco for any amount of time don't overthink it and just book here!
