"Beautiful property located in a very special and unique part of the Sacred Valley. If you want the most luxurious stay in this area, this will be it. Service was great. Pre arrival communication was good but not great. I ran out of shampoo whilst taking a shower. Rooms didnt have AC or TV that I could tell. Pool couldve used some skimming of debris. Otherwise perfect stay. Make sure to feed the alpacas!! You can catch the Hiram Bingham train to Machu Pichu literally right outside hotel entrance...

"This hotel was an amazing property, absolutely huge, massive rooms and fantastic set up and location. However lots of little things are off. Overall this was a lovely hotel, a bit dilapidated and in need of works through, you can sadly see that the political situation and Covid have had a great hit on this property.
