Highly recommend. Excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in great location and easy to get around and the hotel held our suitcases for a night at no cost as we traveled to Machu Pichu.

We had an amazing stay in Ollantaytambo. The staff were incredible. The property is located a few minutes walk from the plaza and there is almost no noise from the street. Secluded with great views of ruins and the surrounding valley. Would absolutely stay again if back in Ollantaytambo.

Hotel is fantastic with a very good breakfast choice , our flight was delayed and they waited until 11.30 pm for us to arrive and accommodated a slightly later check out . It’s family run and you get such a warm welcome as well as great recommendations of how best to spend your time .

From the moment we walked in the door we felt right at home. Our host made sure we knew everything for our Inca rail trip the following day and had breakfast already prepared for when we left at 5:45am. Our room was on the top floor with an incredible view. The hotel is located in a great spot for the town. I would highly recommend and stay again.

The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was also quite good. The only minor issue was that the curtains in the room were a bit too light-colored, which let in quite a bit of light at night and affected sleep.

We liked this family-operated hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, great view, delicious breakfast menu. Note that a car or tour bus cannot reach the hotel. You need to walk through the narrow cobblestone roads or take a tuk tuk for a few Soles.
