We were missing a couple of items in our rooms, requested them from staff, and then they were never delivered. I was told they would accommodate our request for quiet rooms, and we were placed by an ice machine, a door where staff were coming and going, and above the pool where they play music evenings and weekend. Also a lack of fast casual dining. I was there with teens, but the dining in the hotel was...

"Property was organized and cleanliness. Key card is helpful for securing entrances. My favorite is the rooftop to overlook the Houston skyline, and indoor pool with a jacuzzi. However, the only negative experience I encountered is paying approximately $40 including taxes for parking for each vehicle if you are a guest for a hotel. Overall, it was an amazing experience."

"What a brilliant hotel!!! The staff were outstanding! My room was huge and extremely well-equipped (“full kitchen” literally means a full kitchen…!). The included breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast room was big enough to accommodate many people. I loved everything about this hotel! Being downtown, homelessness in the area is evident, but the hotel is secure. The area is walkable. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Houston. As I said, the staff were amazing and are a true asset to the hotel....
