"Hotel very well located within the centre of Bristol but in a fairly quiet small pedestrian street. Quite a maze to get to your room depending on which you get. The room and bathroom is clean and a good standard 4 star hotel experience. Bed could be bigger as they’re only UK king. Breakfast is not good, the buffet and sitting area is too small for the number of rooms and the hot options are not good either. Scrambled eggs were rubber like, and the rest isn’t great either. I would skip breakfast and get it somewhere locally instead."

"Good stay, no shower which was disappointing. When booking it said with Bath which we interpreted as with a bathroom. We didnt realise no shower. Everytime we used water from the sink tap the water from the bath made bubbling sounds. WiFi was good, bed was comfortable but low. TV on the wall too high. Breakfast was lovely just wished there was slightly more! No glasses with the juices at continental station. Overall not bad but we would stay again."

They also added some lovely little touches with mince pies, prosecco, cereal, milk, tea and coffee all left there for our use. I would definitely stay here again!"
