This was an OK, cheap place to stay for a night. The bed was comfortable, but there were a few issues with the room - especially that there was no way of locking the sash window from the inside, so it could be opened from the outside. Furnishings and bathroom a bit tired and tatty. Staff are lovely though!

Very happy with the room, nice and quiet, wide hallways and nicely decorated. Very wide stair ways and lifts available for those who find the stairs hard going. Disabled access through the train station.

The hotel itself was clean and well presented although rather dated. The rooms however were quite dirty, we had empty toilet roll cardboard on the floor in the bathroom and hairs in the sink. We also asked if we could have fresh towels and the room cleaned and they said not for a two night stay. We changed first room because that smelt like smoke. Staff seemed friendly and accommodating. But overall was disappointed with the quality of the rooms.

Broken furniture and dated decor, wallpaper peeling but aside from the aesthetic's the bed was really comfy, the room a great size, parking was really convenient, breakfast ran out but I wasn’t too hungry…I would stay again because it was comfy and we were only really there to sleep
