Hoʻopulapula Haraguchi Rice Mill Tours and Activities

Check in was bad, we got there early (2 hours ) and just wanted to see if she could get our credit info and pre check us in so we can check us in later at 3pm. Her response as we showed up to window was “im too busy right now, check in is at 3 pm”. I’m ok with that but my problem was there were four other set of people that came after ward between 1pm - 2:30pm and were able to check in without “having to come back till 3pm”. Her response later that our room wasn’t ready was not true because she didn’t even know who we were lol (she never got our info ) and two of the four people who were able to check in were couple like us … TV in our room was not operational … Other than the TV and check in lady , facility itself was great…

Beautiful property! Amazing pool, good margaritas, nice cute coffee shop with snacks and nice fitness center. Loved the location … close to so much!
