This is NOT a luxury hotel, but ok for a short stay near the airport. Property is outdated but undergoing renovations that are not completed and make the stay feel underwhelming. Only one choice for food, half the machines in the exercise room are broken (all rusty), no bathrooms at the pool, beach is not safe to swim (rocks and waves), the upgrade lounge has cheaper food that is not well stocked (runs out early), and the staff doesn’t seem happy that you are there. Do your research and maybe find a different place to stay, or don’t have high expectations. We were disappointed.

Property itself was nice and location was relatively close to Hanalei. As long as you don’t plan on golfing, I feel like the property is a good value. The golf course is super pricey so that was kind of a bummer. I’ve played pro course for far less but I guess when you’re in paradise, be prepared to pay paradise prices.
