"Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area. "Very disappointing stay. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable—I could feel the springs the moment I sat down on the bed, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, my room was located right next to a busy road, resulting in significant noise throughout the stay. What made this even more frustrating was that I had specifically requested a room away from both the elevator and the road when making my reservation. Despite those requests, the hotel staff assigned me a room in exactly the location I was trying to avoid. Overall, the lack of attention to guest preferences and the poor quality of the mattress significantly impacted my experience."

"We enjoyed our stay at Jim and Nancy’s condo. It’s on the top floor and end unit with fabulous views of the ocean and sunsets. It’s a very comfortable condo with a well equipped kitchen. We will book again sometime."

"This place might have been worth the price, had we been able to use the lanai ( which was a major contributor to booking ) but they began renovating prior to our stay and the work went on throughout. There were workmen outside our lanai doors most afternoons, making it uncomfortable to open the curtains in order to enjoy the view. Then there was the noise. So we spent a large portion of of our vacation away from the condo, whether we wanted to or not. That being said, the location was close to town, and the view when not obscured by workmen was nice. The condo could use some updating, and the furniture was awful."
