"This unit has a fantastic ocean front location and is VERY large. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are separated nicely and made for super separation of space. Decor is a bit dated but the unit had everything we could need and the setting was special. We love being so close and walkable to Alii Drive. There is an elevator (we didn't know this when checking in) and a parking garage (also didn't know that) but both of those made getting luggage and groceries upstairs easy. Highly recommend for a larger family."

"This is an amazing property. I have been to Kona many times and this is by far the best. Free parking and centrally located. Communication with the host was excellent.. one thing to note the room seems to be a black hole for AT&T cell service but with the Wi-Fi it was a non-issue.Photos from the listing are 100% accurate."

"Location was great and very convenient. The view from the lanai was wonderful! Biggest issue was getting cold air into the bedroom as all the cold air would stay in the living room was. Thankfully there were a few fans so that helped us sleep. We would stay here again!"

"If you want to relax to the sound of crashing waves and nothing else, this is the place to go! The condo is ocean front and sits next to a quiet beach. It’s walkable to many restaurants and shops. Jim provided EVERYTHING you need to have a nice beach day or a laid back day at the pool. The property itself is really lovely, with well kept amenities, including multiple shared grills that are available. This is definitely a little slice of Heaven in Kailua-Kona! We would absolutely return."

"Fantastic location and nice condo. The lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms was a little bothersome and minor things missing were an ice maker in the freezer and a water filter or even filtering pitcher so we wouldn’t have had to purchase bottled water. However, I think it was an excellent value, and it’s hard to be too unhappy about minor inconveniences when you’re on vacation in paradise! Lots of great restaurants and cute little shops and a farmers market within walking distance were wonderful and the views from the condo were spectacular. It was cool to watch the surfers and the people were very friendly. Almost every evening at the pool there was a beautiful sunset ceremony where two older gentlemen (permanent residents at the property) played conch shells facing all directions. I highly recommend taking a private helicopter tour—- well worth the drive to Hilo. Flying over active volcanos and landing at a waterfall was an unforgettable experience. I also highly recommend going on a stargazing tour and seeking out some of the “off the beaten path” beautiful beaches. Mahalo!"

"Location was excellent, walked to luau at Kona Reef and restaurants. The condo was equipped with everything you could need. Air conditioning was a plus since it was humid during our visit.We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and being able to see the water. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again."
