"This property had a laid back old-school charm. I walked along the beach and found that many newer places had cleared all the trees from their property but Cedar Cove has beautiful palm trees with hammocks so that you can sip your drink and read your book in the dappled shade with an incredible view of the beach. The beach was so safe and clean that you had to walk past two sea turtle nests to reach the ocean. The ocean was warm, shallow, and gentle, perfect for my adolescent

"Relaxing small resort within walking distance of a wonderful white sand gulf beach. Palm shaded garden and pool; private patio for each unit, as well as folding beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon. Great location: short drive to restaurants and shops and free trolley nearby. "

"We stayed here for 4 nights with our son and dog. We timed the walk to the beach - only about three minutes without having to wait at one crosswalk right next to the beach parking lot. Proximity to the beach is great! The condo is on a quiet road but close to the main road coming into the island, so right as you get onto the island, you are there (which is nice, not having to sit in island traffic!).
