"Pro: large room; clean; courteous front desk service overall; close to subway station; Con: overly open concept room made staying with another person awkward. Counterintuitive self-check in process as I still needed human intervention from the front desk to complete the procedure. This was annoying as the process took longer than necessary. Why even hire people to man the front desk if you insist on customers using self check-in first? Curtains weren't able to completely block out the sun in the morning. "
