"Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had unexpected troubles unrelated to the room and the staff were all willing to go the extra mile to help. Leo had very good English skills so communication wasn’t a problem for English speakers. Rooms were clean. I wish the shower had a curtain so that water would not get all the clothes wet. Affordable place with relatively easy access to malls, groceries stores and any other thing you need."

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us finish the check in process before the room was ready. Then they brought our luggage to the room. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The view was also great. The location was very convenient to the light rail station and development stores. The only thing is that the lobby has very limited seats for guests to sit and relax."

"We had a wonderful stay here, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. Amy and 慈慧 were incredibly helpful, especially when they arranged a last-minute car ride for us to Alishan after we had already checked out and had a lot of luggage with us. They were extremely professional, kind, and accommodating throughout our entire stay, and always happy to help with any requests we had. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options. The location is also very convenient for exploring the city."
