The breakfast buffet is served at the sister property down the street. The coffee maker in our lobby wasn’t turned on til after 7 am. Front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. The walls were thin and I could hear other guests conversations and movements. Location is nice - close to Pier 2 art.

The hotel is just cross street of the train station which is also easily accessible from the airport. The room is clean, tidy and functionally well desgined. The buffet breakfast offers a good vaviety and I loved the pumpkin congee (I was a bit under the weather during my stay so it saved my day). The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. I stayed for just one night in Kaoshiung but really enjoyed it.

Great location, right next to kaoshiung station. There are quite a number of fast food right next to the hotel for a quick bite, and a convenient store across the street. Definitely a 5/5 for location Also as I had to check out early, the staff arranged a breakfast pack (a few piece of bread , spread and juice) on the go Room was clean and tidy, and I felt secure as a lone traveller

The hotel is right in front of the main train station. It is very convenient to take train and subway. The breakfast is tasty and healthy. Overall, will stay here again when coming back to visit in the future.

I found the staff all friendly and professional, the only thing I would suggest is a broader selection of meats in the morning besides chicken and pork, perhaps some fish or beef, same goes for vegetables. Other than that, a great place to stay!

An amazing hotel! Although I was in Taiwan, it felt like I was staying at a Japanese hotel. Very clean, great staff and the room was VERY well decorated. It was not your typical plain hotel room. The free breakfast was a nice touch with friendly and attentive staff.
