It’s definitely a weird experience. It seemed the same price as five star resorts and other cities, but definitely not an international hotel. Definitely geared towards Asian only clientele. No robe in the room, semi buffet food, lobby on the 30th floor. Overall, mediocre and odd experience.

Lovely hotel, great for families

I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel COZZI. The rooms were big, bathroom was nice and wall sockets were universal. The breakfast selection was good, they had western and taiwanese fare, and also a section for kids on the weekend.

pretty decent hotel. however, no international electrical outlets were available in the rooms, requiring us to buy a local electrical plug to charge our electronics. furthermore, there were only 2 lifts serving the ground floor, so it took a long time for us to reach the lobby.

Location is great, easy access to subway station, the surroundings also have shopping centers and night market within walking distance. Staffs are very polite and helpful. If must pick a down side, the wait for elevator to go to hotel is long.

Parking is easy and very friendly front desk. However, I don’t believe I was recognized as a platinum member that stayed at VIP hotel. I was not offered any upgrade offer or was not mentioned. The lounge offered to guests was a great idea and the drink and snacks were all proper the tasty. However, the lounge was way too small. It only had a small corner within the pretty large restaurant area that served breakfast. The night I stayed had not many dinner guests but the lounge was full of guests and can’t find an extra seat. The downside was the elevators were not fast or available enough to get to the basement parking level. It took about 10 mins of wait time from the 25th to B-4 level

MRT駅から多少歩きましたが大荷物でなければ大丈夫かと思います。ゆったりとした部屋で静かに快適に過ごせました。朝食も美味しく、落ち着いて食べられました。朝食会場のテレビが音声無しで流されていて静かなのもよかったです。ホテル各所にアート作品が飾ってあり、それも雰囲気が良いと思いました。
