The location of the hotel is wonderful, within walking distance of most Savannah historic district attractions. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning kept the room very comfortable on a very hot day, but was very quiet. The room was well lit for reading.

Well located. Large clean rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows. Wine and cheese hour very nice. Would suggest a sweet wine choice also. The piano player also excelent. Will stay again when I return.

All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Air conditioning was great during a very hot summer stay. Bed was comfortable. Great location easy to walk everywhere. The Planters Tavern right next door was amazing. Valet parking was very convenient. Will be back again

Parking valet is recommended. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Good location to nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall the Planters Inn is a excellent place to visit. They have wine and cheese in later afternoon during the week which I enjoyed.

It was close to everything that we want to do this trip. Waterfront, 3 minute walk, street restaurants very close, entertainment location was great, Two large parking garages within a 3 minute walk. Prices for them were a little high, but not to badly. Everybody was super happy that we were there an helped us often. Great weekend Hotel for having a great historical and Southern Hospitality good time.

If you want a historic hotel vibe right in the heart of downtown this is your hotel. Staff was professional and friendly. Valet (Mr. Carl) was amazing. We only drove when we visited Tybee Island. We walked everywhere downtown. Hotel is historic but super charming. I will be back!!!!
