Very happy with our stay near the airport to avoid having to wake up at a crazy hour to catch our flight. Hiroshima airport is almost an hour away from the city center by public transit, so it made total sense to stay there. The free shuttle takes you from the hotel to the airport swiftly and comfortably. Strongly recommend. Nice buffet breakfast, very polite and attentive staff.

We missed our connection and made last minute reservation. 5 min walk from the terminal. Looked new but was told it’s over 30 yo. Pleasant surprise to get lounge access. BF was surprisingly good for an airport hotel. Staff super helpful. Room was small and amenities basic but super good value for money. Enthusiastically recommended!

The morning meals were excellent. I did not attempt to try to bar. I did only stay at the hotel when I landed and took off from the airport, but I do know the next time I come to Japan this will probably be the hotel. I stay at the whole time and it’s conveniently located and is within a 40 minute to an hour drive to where I needed to go and some places that I should’ve went. The staff is amazing very respectful very helpful and very understanding. I will definitely come back to this hotel again when I visit Japan.

The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were amazing. We got there late. They helped us by getting us in to the restaurant with late reservations. Give us a private room to dine in providers an early morning shuttle before their actual shuttle started working. they were very accommodating and dinner was delicious so with complementary wine and beer and snacks at the bar.
