"Very nice. Helpful staff. Very nice restaurant that you must pay for (not included). Great location just steps away from the train (located across the street), though you cannot hear it. The north side exits out onto a cute little walking street with lots of small vendors/eateries."

Hotel the flag is in a super convenient location. We could easily travel around Osaka on the metro and the SHINSAIBASHI shopping street was right next door with great shopping. Would stay here again.

While the suite was smaller than expected, it was beautifully appointed, incredibly clean, the staff were fantastic and the shuttle bus to and from the train station was brilliant.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Androoms. Had all the basics available with attentive staff who spoke some English, breakfast was an extensive Japanese style buffet and they had a nightly free soba dining experience from 9-11pm which was great. The public baths were also quite spacious and well maintained, with free ice blocks for afterwards. Rooms were on the smaller side (not unexpected for Japanese hotels) but overall manageable. Walking distance to Shin-Osaka train station. Overall would...

very clean, spacious (in Japan standard). Staff was friendly. check in/out very easy. Location is superb, it's easy to go to anywhere but in a slightly tucked in spot.

This hotel is amazing! Not only clean and quiet and very modern but perfectly positioned close to all of the metro / train stations and hundreds of dinings options. The main road is great and bustling but also take the time to drop back one or two streets and explore the more traditional stores and eateries, it’s like a different city!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto!

Hotel staff were friendly and very inviting. The location was great only a few minutes walk to Universal. Park view was awesome. Definitely a good hotel for families. Buffet breakfast had heaps of different varieties. Staff very accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Location is excellent - 10-14 mins walk from Kyoto Station and 5 mins walk from the Aeon mall. The room has enough space for a couple and 1 child. The staffs are excellent. They also have onsen but didn’t manage to try.

We had a very positive stay at this hotel. Its location close to the train station was extremely convenient, especially on days when we spent a lot of time walking and exploring.
As is common in Japan, hotel rooms tend to be quite compact, so the ground-floor lounge area was a great addition. It provided a comfortable space to have coffee, eat, or simply relax outside the room.
The hotel's laundry facilities were always busy, but there are two excellent coin laundries less than a five-minute...
