"Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!"

"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "

"YHIS IS A 2 BEDROOM PLACE THAT SAYS IT SLEEPS 7. It only had 2 rolls of toilet paper, ants were crawling on the wall and cockroaches ended up in our sons bed. One room had stained and dirty sheets. Of the 4 bicycles that were supplied, 2 were broken, no internet password was provided at the property and it took 15 minutes over the phone to obtain from the management. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OR STAY THERE AGAIN."

"We liked our unit at Mistral. The location right on the Gulf of Mexico was beautiful. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony every morning. There were sometimes discrepancies between the guidebook we were sent digitally and the print book in the unit. The print book gave us one password for Wi-Fi, but another paper on the credenza gave a different password, which was the correct one. Just small stuff like that. Cell signal was not great. The kitchen was very nice, the bathroom was nice, and...
