"Had a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay, the weather was on and off so we had stayed in the room and it was very comfy, comes with kitchen and kitchenware and all other bells and whistles. Bed was super comfy as well. Beach access is available via the Beach club and the pool is also amazing! Perfect stay for couples and families! Worth the every dollar! The staff were very hospitable as well!"
"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "
"The condo itself was pretty nice. I felt like everything doesn't get checked over after each rental exit. There was a throw blanket in livingroom that I noticed was filthy after I use it. It was fold on the side of the chair so that you couldn't see it. The kitchen area was left desiring items. The listing says that it was stocked with supplies but it was minimal. There's no way to cook a full meal in that kitchen nor would I want to with what was supplied. Cheap pans, several dirty dishes...

"Overall excellent experience with this host. Hiccup at check in with gate codes no longer being used at this property and needed a QR Code from security - would have been helpful to have this communicated prior to arrival. After a couple phone calls, property management was helpful in addressing the issue. We did get moved (last minute) to a different unit on the same property as the booked unit was under construction so I can’t comment specifically on this unit. "
"This is a beautiful home in Watersound. The golf cart makes life easier going to and from the beach. Everything is as you see it in the photos. A couple of small negatives, no ice maker in the home that works so prepare to buy lots of ice and the water pressure is pretty poor in MBR and some of the other bathrooms."
"This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 10. 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 1.5 years to 7. The beach was beautiful, quiet and easy to access. The pool a great escape from the hot sun. Our kids had the time of their lives. We cooked nearly all meals in the fully stocked kitchen with no problems. The house was far better than advertised and more than exceeded our expectations. Thank you!"
