"Lady on reception was lovely and friendly. Such an interesting old building, obviously not immaculate as it is not modern, but full of character and so comfortable. Easy walking distance to town and the cathedral but still nice and quiet area. "

Room was nice, modern, comfy, clean, but bathroom needed some TLC - broken toilet flush button, missing towel rail on wall and broken towel hanger in shower. Let the room down. Overall though a good hotel in a convenient location for Wiltshire."

"Never eat breakfast but parking was excellent and had no problem with the security of the parking area. Alice the receptionist was very helpful efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable we had a great nights sleep."

"Check in was quick and easy. My room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Ate dinner both nights in the restaurant, very friendly and efficient staff and the food was very good. As a woman travelling alone I felt very safe here. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again in the future."

"Only stayed one night, and they accommodated a very late check-in of 2:30am due to a delayed flight. When we woke up we were able to appreciate the gorgeous scenery. Rooms were clean and they provide coffee, tea and creamer in the room. "
