"We had just a 1 night stay, but facilities were great, staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with the evening shuttle service. Lots of parking and access in and out of the city. I didn't stay for breakfast but my daughter said it was great. This was my second visit and I'd highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Salisbury. The views across to the Cathedral are stunning. "

"Lodge Vista 84 needs cleaning as very grubby and dusty, fridge smells and needs defrosting asap oven has no temp marks so you can’t cook anything. Bathroom mouldy and limescale needs addressing!! Hot tub tube like a warm baht overall dilapidated-and in need of refurb sgame the pictures doesn’t show that before you book it!!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was okay but not hot and the fixed head over the bath was a bit low. Furniture was a bit tatty. Only one power socket. "

"Hotel is lovely with a great setting on the river, staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was first class, as was the Evening meal, did feel that the tables in the restaurant were a bit dated so a cloth to cover the table would have made it look so much nicer, I appreciate that the building is very old and had I known how noisy it was going to be I would have asked for an upstairs room, you could hear every step because the floorboards were very creaky and none of room doors had a soft close mechanism so there was constant door banging, it would also have been helpful if all guests could be reminded to be considerate by keeping the noise down when returning to there rooms late at night on the information sheet in the room. Having said all that it is a beautiful place in a great location and I will definitely be returning in a few months. Thank you "

"Easy parking with plenty of bays"

"Friendly staff. Lots of stairs. Very noisy room, loud fans running outside the window from 6.30am to 9.30pm, loud music in the evenings (but not too late into the night). I imagine other rooms were better than mine as I was unlucky to get the one with fans outside of all windows"

"The staff were above and beyond helpful. Kind and very welcoming. The breakfast was really good. I would go back."
