"Great welcome. Manager/owner he was at the entrance to welcome us in as we got out the car and offered to carry bags which was lovely. Asked if we needed breakfast but we didnt as heading off early. Quirky rooms but all well decorated and tea/coffee, ironing board. Had air con and fan as a top floor hot room so good was there already. Only a one night stop over but would definitely recommend/ return in the future."

"We had a short (one night) stay but thought the hotel was great. We had free parking right outside our room which came with standard amenities and was spacious. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful, just so accommodating. "It is just the kind of inn we imagined for our stay in Wales. They serve good food and drinks, have a good mix of friendly local and is very clean. Unfortunately the ceilings are too low for me in much of the inn, including parts of our second floor room. I am 6’ 6" so it might not bother others. All in all, I like the place giving it extra points for charm and atmosphere. "

"Needed to stay in the area 4 nights for work, chose this hotel because it was attached to a pub so after a day's work wouldn't have to go into Ledbury to eat. The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc. "
