"My stay at Nant Ddu Lodge Hotel & Spa (pronounced ‘Nan-thee’) was truly memorable. The food was absolutely amazing—every meal was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The hotel itself was comfortable, cozy, and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat. The spa was fully booked during my stay, but the staff went above and beyond to fit me in for a massage—and I’m so glad they did! It was just what I needed. What really stood out overall was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and genuinely helpful. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in the beautiful Welsh countryside."

From the moment I arrived, the staff were fantastic — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really set the tone for a relaxing visit. The hotel itself was very clean and felt safe throughout, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities were a great bonus and added to the overall comfort of the stay. With the heatwave during my visit, I was also grateful for the number of fans provided in the room — it made a big difference and showed the hotel’s attention to guests’ comfort.
