"Very clean room with modern amenities such as fully furnished kitchen - coffee maker, hot pot, microwave oven. Water refill station located in the refrigerator. Bathroom was large with walk in shower and fully stocked with handsoap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen/living room area. Dining table was nice to have, along with a work desk. An oscillating fan was located in the bedroom closet, which was critical for use since there are no windows that open in the unit."

"This property reflected the vibe found in Leadville. We enjoyed the Star Wars theme. It was convenient to the center of town and the wedding venue at the old train freight station. It was clean and as advertised. My only suggestion is to address the curled carpet near the entrance. It is a potential tripping hazard."

"The host was incredibly kind and very responsive. They replied immediately and were able to kindly accommodate all of our requests. The house is very beautiful. The beds are also incredibly comfortable. The house has so much space. Even with a big group, it felt spacious. On the other hand, the attic is very hot. Although the fact that it has no AC is advertised, the heat in the attic is a bit unbearable. We ended up only using that floor to sleep (with extra fans). We avoided it during the day. I would recommend some cold air fans up there because the stuffiness renders that floor pretty useless. The other thing to note is that the hot tub offers no privacy. The tub is in the alley and all the cars passing by can see you. Although I understand fencing might not be an available option, at least adding a notice to the listing would be important. We were pretty disappointed by the lack of privacy offered. All in all, we would most definitely stay again if the chance came up. It was a very charming and adorable house. We would probably not go in summer though."
