Summary:
It is a 220-square-foot luxury tiny home, and it offers all of the facilities and conveniences you need for living comfortably The Dragonfly tiny home features a standard-sized bed in loft bedroom, as well as a convertible Ikea bed that turns into a couch in the living quarters. There's even a great little bistro set on the deck for morning coffee outside.
Check in is 3PM - Check out is 10AM.

The Space:
Enjoy your own tiny house while on vacation in Leadville. The house is located in a tiny house park. Each house is equipped with a kitchenette, full bath and sitting area. Pets Not Allowed. Please see our other houses for pet friendly accommodations.

Guest Access:
Self check-in at 3pm. Door code is emailed and texted 11am the day of arrival and activates at 3pm check-in time.

The Neighborhood:
Located in downtown Leadville, 1 block from Harrison Avenue. You can walk to restaurants and shops. If you enjoy outdoor activities, you can bring your bike.

You can walk to restaurants and shops. If you enjoy outdoor activities, Leadville has lots to offer. A car is helpful to get to most hiking trails. Or you can bring your mountain bike and take a ride on the mineral belt trail.

Other Things to Note:
Tiny houses have smaller water tanks than a normal house. We suggest taking short showers if your group plans to shower one after the other.

Excellent stay during Leadville Skijoring

This was a lovely and fun tiny home that we got to stay in to watch the Leadville Skijoring festival! It was super close to downtown festivities, but far enough away that it was quiet when the doors and windows were closed. Would definitely recommend staying here for a cozy Leadville stay -- great value for the location and space as well.

Awesome Location!

We went to Leadville for a short weekend and met up with friends and kayaked Turquoise Lake. This place is convenient to downtown and the nearby lakes. It’s in a tiny house community, very cute!

Expensive for what you get

No amenities. Sheets don’t fit futons. Futons have boards that are uncomfortable. Roll out stairs to loft are dangerous and loose. Wouldn’t want to stay for more than 1 night. But it worked for a weekend ski trip.

Great place

Great place, accurate listing, clean and perfect for a short stay in Leadville. Only downside was the condition of the RV park where the unit is located- not the best especially if you are traveling with a pet.
