I loved being able to walk to everything in Leadville! The community was quiet and felt safe. I locked myself out at one point (left my phone inside with the code) and someone staying nearby was able to call customer service for me and I was back in the tiny house in 2 mins. The bed was comfortable and the location couldn’t be beat.

This was a tiny house (maybe 8 feet wide by 16 feet long). It had all that one would need from hair dryer to toaster, coffee maker, toaster snd microwave. The bed is located in a loft with a ceiling that is 4-5 feet at its peak. At 6 foot 2 inches, my spouse could sit up in bed. There is room for one vehicle. The downtown area is in walking distance across the alley. The house was clean.

The manager was very nice and helpful, and the tiny house was fairly clean. However, the space felt pretty worn and could use some updating. Some of the kitchen supplies were old or dirty, and we had a plastic spatula actually melt while cooking. There was also no extra bedding for our son sleeping on the couch. The biggest downside was the street noise at night—lots of loud talking and honking. Overall, it was fine for a short stay, but not as comfortable as we had hoped.
