"I’ve stayed here often and it’s always my go to in Napier love the spa pool service reception amazing service I do think that the room could do with some maintenance… there was holes in the wall and bathroom door had a huge hole.. the couch could do with a steam clean as it looked grubby and there’s cracks in in the ceiling that I found a little bit nerve racking "

"This is a great place to stay, located right across the road to the beach and children's bike park. You can walk into town from here. Inside the rooms are immaculately clean and tidy with a lovely friendly welcome. Well worth staying here. The one thing I don't really like is the parking at the back, it's a very tight squeeze between the parked cars and the building but okay if you've got a small car. This is a minor inconvenience compared to the property as a whole"

"Very happy to have been offered a ground unit on arrival (finding out we were supposed to be on 3rd floor - no lift) for the same price - very nice of the staff on deck. 2 older arthritic ladies who hadn't thought about what floor we'd be on!"
