"Firstly, the property is dated, so if you are looking for a modern apartment this is not the place for you. It is clean, spacious and is all you would want for a pleasant stay. The property is very reasonably priced given the beachfront location and proximity to town centre. I would stay here again. "

"I really liked it here, the only downfall was my whānau arriving at 2pm to check in to be told that the room wasnt ready and there would be a phone call when it was...no phone call came...go back at 5pm to be told that the room was still not ready and the people were still in there until 11pm! No apology for my whānau having to wander around for 3 hours! But as I said I really liked the place, would like to come back again, but please make sure that the rooms are ready at 2pm!"

"We had a ground floor room looking out to the ocean. The room and bathroom were large and clean as were the kitchen utensils. Would recommend. "

"Hard to rate as Reception was unattended when I arrived and departed so I didn’t meet anyone. The room was pleasant and comfortable but the shelf above the bench hadn’t been cleaned for a while. "
