The owner is lovely, rooms are clean and bright, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook up your own meals, if required. We bought delicious black pudding from M & S nearby and cooked up a storm!. The location is fantastic. So close to all shops, parks, buses and rail.
Minimal traffic noise, quiet area in general.

The room and the entire property was very well presented and fresh. The restaurant was also exceptional with top level table service and a great menu. Only negatives are that road facing room was a little noisy during the morning and evening rush hours and the security light in the room was quite intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stop over.

A lovely place in a beautiful part of the country. Some excellent walks through the dales right at the doorstep. We stayed only one night and wished it was more. The room was very comfortable and very well appointed. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Dinner in the restaurant was very nice followed by coffee in the comfortable lounge area. Breakfast was the typical Yorkshire treat.

We enjoyed our single night stay at the Hyatt House Leeds. The hotel was very convenient to Leeds main train station and walkable to the city centre. The room was comfortable and amenities good.
The breakfast buffet offer was good but would have been nice for the food to be a little warmer than it was.
The onsite guest laundry was a bonus but would suggest signage that advises hotel patrons that washing or drying could be removed if the cycle has finished so other patrons could utilise the...
