Room comfortable for the most part - one narrow window with views of a all and rooftops mainly. Extremely helpful staff on reception - especially Johnny + Rick. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant staff."

This time I booked & prepaid only to find, quite by chance, that they had effectively cancelled my booking WITHOUT FORMALLY TELLING ME so they could carry out a long term refurbishment. On the day of my supposed check-in the place was a building site. I'd had the foresight to rebook at another place so that at least I had somewhere to stay at the start of my 3 month visit to Hanoi.
