Hanapepe Valley Lookout Tours and Activities

The property is in a lovely location with views of both the ocean and the mountains. The staff was friendly and attentive. The complimentary shuttle was really convenient and we used it frequently in order to avoid having to find parking. The onsight restaurant is amazing and the coffee shop perfect for our needs. We loved the beauty and peace of the property. The newly renovated pool was also a nice place to spend time. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was out of order the entire week we were there.

After a major storm left the entire resort pitch black and without power. Instead of stepping up for their guests, management saw a disaster as a profit center charging everyone $25 a head for a horrid buffet of soggy vegetables. A crisis often reveal true character and These people proved they are predatory and entirely devoid of basic decency. Stay away.
