When I came back, the elevator (only one) was occupied for at least 20 minutes offloading clean laundries. I had to wait at the reception lobby for good 20 minutes. When the elevator finally came down, Landry cart was occupied and there was no space. Not sure whey they don’t have a freight elevator…. "

Going to elevator on the way with garbage and dirty towels that people put on the door handle in provided bags. Interesting, if they put clean towels in the same bags… "
