"Very friendly staff, place was clean. Plenty of amenities available. Wouldn’t even need to pack a toothbrush or soaps, shampoo and conditioner. It’s in a nice area of Tokyo, less hustle and bustle. Close to the Narita Air Terminal Train Station and other train stations. There’s a cute cafe (Caffe Como) around the corner I recommend going too, a lovely Japanese couple that I assume own the shop, always friendly and it’s calm. Definitely would come stay there again if I manage to come back to...

"Nice hotel close to a metro station in the sumo area of town. It is also next to Edo-Tokyo museum and the Yasuda Garden, which is a beautiful Japanese gardening where one can enjoy walks in. The hotel rooms were clean but small. The upper floor pool was closed for the “season”, it’s late June now/summer so I don’t understand when is the right season. I wish they would mention the dates the pool is open in their pool information because they sell you the pool on their promotion but its closed like 90% of the years, it just seems deceiving. The breakfast buffet is good but it’s the same every day, it never changes at all. So that's something to consider."

"Clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location near public transportation. Hotel provided many amenities and products for you (you don't need to pack combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, pajamas, slippers, hair ties, etc.). Many restaurants and convenience stores close by. True to Japanese standards, the rooms and bathrooms were a bit small, but that is to be expected and were completely fine for what we needed. The hotel offers snacks, sodas, and tea in the lobby each day (starting shortly after breakfast is over and continuing into the evening). You have a small refrigerator, water kettle, tea, and instant coffee provided in your room. You you can purchase and eat breakfast in the lobby dinning area for a decent price (you need to make a reservation as space is limited). We did not do breakfast at the hotel, but the breakfast area was always busy, so it must have been decent. The hotel has a small laundry room that guests can use. You can use coins or a card (I think) to pay for your loads of laundry. The washers auto-supply detergent, so you don't need to provide that. If I am remembering correctly, the dryers charge by weight / size of load. The laundry rooms is a bit small and is in high demand, so keep this in mind when planning for "wash days"."

"A clean and well equipped apartment, comfortable for three people (one on a bunk bed). Located in the wonderful Nihombashiningyocho area, very short walk to Suitengumae subway station (Z line), and a short walk to the Sumida River terrace (riverside trail that takes you to Senso-ji in less than an hour). Lots of good eating options around, as well as convenience stores. Apartment has washer-dryer, and a small kitchenette."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and eager to assist, creating a positive first impression that continued throughout our visit. The room was on the smaller side, which is not unusual for Tokyo, but it was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything was in good condition and housekeeping did an excellent job. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. It offered a good variety of options and was attractively presented, making for an enjoyable start to each day. Overall, this hotel provided a comfortable and well-managed experience, and I would gladly consider staying here again on a future visit to Tokyo."

"Excellent location with many different train options. 7-Eleven is across the road and Coredo has many food options. U can walk to Ginza if you are game. The hotel staff is so nice and friendly and the can speak many different langauges. They also have game night to win prices. If it’s raining, umbrella is provided freely for you but please return it. This is my 4th time staying with this brand. Trusted apartment."
