"Good location "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to get a late check out which was much appreciated. The hotel and room were clean, the bed was very comfortable. Someone on previous review said the towels stank and I found that to be true. I like the old building. Location was ok. 4 or so blocks from the Sky Tower."

"We had trouble with the internet ,not always being connected. Our phones would say connected without the i nternet. When we when down to the desk,our phones would connect, go to our room disconnect. It was never solved. On the second last day,offered to change our room. We declined the offer as we were there for 3 weeks and no help with thej internet,and we were leaving the next day."

"This a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. You can walk around to nice restaurants and shopping mall. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. It was raining the day we stayed there and we were able to borrow umbrellas from the hotel. We had a great stay and would love to stay again."
