The property is secure, and guests are provided with a key fob to access both the building entrance and the elevator. CCTV cameras are in operation throughout the property, which adds an extra sense of security. The location is excellent, right in the CBD and within walking distance of the Sky Tower, bus and train stations, shopping areas, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Please note that you may hear some street noise at night, so if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this may not be the best place for you. Guests should bring their own toiletries, including a towel and slippers. The shared kitchen is well-equipped with useful appliances, and there are token-operated washing machines and dryers available. If you plan to spend most of your day exploring the city and simply need a comfortable place to sleep at night, this property offers good value for money. One suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the rooms and bedding. Modernising these facilities would enhance the overall guest experience, and I believe guests would be willing to pay a little more for the added comfort.

The room was clean, but it had a strong, unusual fragrance, similar to an Asian incense or aromatic scent not pleasant for everybody. The room and its amenities felt outdated, and the soundproofing was poor. Noise from people walking and talking in the hallway disturbed my sleep. The air conditioner was also very noisy when switching on and off, and the refrigerator motor repeatedly made a loud noise throughout the night. Overall, it was difficult to get a peaceful night’s sleep.

The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed except paper towels and napkins. The laundry was very useful. It is connected to the cruise ship terminal, so very convenient. Also plenty of shopping and restaurants, etc. In walking distance. My only complaint is the NOISE! Every night, all night, people walking back from partying, talking loudly, revving motorcycles just outside the room, etc. Big trucks coming in to resupply the cruise ships at 4 am. Right outside the apartment. Not anything the host can do, but could warn people.

We left our car there while in Australia and took BK's shuttle to airport.
