Fairly quiet end Mid April. Couldn’t figure out where the light switch for one of the lights and staff isn’t always around even during the day so it’s a bit tricky to get help. Almost everything is self served which is great but if you need help then it gets a bit tedious. Facilities are great and the location is also very convenient. Quiet, clean, and spacious. I was on the fourth floor and there was no escalator. Fortunately I travelled pretty light. If you are disabled or has lots of luggage might need to ask for a lower floor.

姉妹館の受付の対応は丁寧でした。 自販機が現在は使えないことを事前に教えていただけたらよかったです。脱衣所がものすごく寒かったですが、温泉はとてもよかったです。

コスパ重視の方はおすすめ

0歳10ヶ月の双子と泊まりました。 小さい子は和室の布団の方がいいのでよかったです。 8畳でしたが、布団4枚ひいて、テーブルが1つ置ける、という感じでした。 ふすまで仕切られた向こうに椅子とテーブルセット、冷蔵庫、ゴミ箱などがありました。 コンセントが少ないですが昔の作りだから仕方ないですね。 チェックインは2、3分のところにあるグループのホテルで行います。 駐車場はホテルの敷地が満車の場合、近くのコインパーキングに駐めます。 最大1日1000円ですが、一度停めた後に外出で車を出すと一度支払いをしてまた入り直すのでお金はかかります。 近くにレストランがほぼないので子供連れということもありジョナサンまで車で行きました。(5分くらい) 寝るだけならお値段も安いしコスパはいいと思います。

建物は古いのですが、お部屋は１２畳の部屋で広くて清潔に掃除されていました お風呂の泉質がとても良かったです。 脱衣所もきれいに掃除されていました。 スタッフが居ないので、チェックインの時にはフロント備付の電話で呼び出すと、来てくれます。 アメニティも最低限揃っていて、 必要なものをフロント備付の棚から持っていくシステムです

せめてトイレの壁紙替えてくれたらいいな

お部屋は綺麗な感じでとても落ち着いてくつろぐ事が出来ましたが、テレビの番組表が前日のものだったので、残念でした。あと、トイレがカビ臭く辛かったです。 それを抜かせばお風呂も気持ちよく満足できました。

人が少なくてよかったです。お風呂も別館のとたくさん楽しめてよいです。客室がすごく乾燥していたのと櫛がないのとトイレの水が流れっぱなしになってしまうのが気になりましたが良かったです。

チェックアウトが11時は有り難かったです。 静かでゆっくり滞在できました。 スタッフがいすぎないのが逆に自由でリラックスできました。お祭りの時期に滞在したのに、お風呂は毎回誰もいなくて貸切状態でした。

すぐ近くに本館がありお風呂も両方入る事ができます

わかっていたのですが喫煙可能な部屋だったので匂いが気になりました。少し古さを感じましたが何も支障もなく、清潔感ある温泉旅館でした。
