"This property is probably the best we have ever stayed at. The quality of service is totally exceptional - the ethos of going the extra mile epitomises the brand of Ritz Carlton. They could never do too much from the bed turning down vservice to giving so much more. As it was our anniversary they made our room up with rose petals, a cake, bubbly and so much more. We had a truly exceptional stay. As it was also my birthday they made a wonderful gesture providing cake, wine and so much more. We are definitely returning to our now favorite location."

"This hotel was set in a stunning area, the apartment was very comfortable and in excellent condition. Staff were on the most part very friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and very quiet. The only downside was lack of children’s playground and it wasn’t great for running. "

"We stayed here as a family of four with two children and had an absolutely fantastic time. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and the standout feature for us was the amazing roof terrace—perfect for relaxing in the evenings and soaking up the outstanding views across Tenerife. It was the ideal spot for a morning coffee or evening drink.The location was also excellent—just a short walk to local shops, restaurants, and amenities, yet still mainly peaceful and quiet (some noise at night time from the traffic from the road outside). It felt like the perfect balance of convenience and calm.We would definitely recommend this apartment to other families looking for a comfortable base with a touch of something different.The only downside was the lack of communication from the owner. Which resulted in a few frantic calls to VRBO to make contact the day before we arrived. Not great when you are due to leave for holidays with a family in tow."
